Title Verification

Our Title Verification Service is a paid service that enables our clients to verify the title document of any property at the Lands Registry.

To be able to complete complete a title verification request, clients must:

1. Submit the Title Verification Form on the page.
2. After submitting the form, proceed to pay the required verification fee, payable at out payment gateway that triggers the verification process.
3. Complete the payment to initiate the verification request.
4. When payment has been confirmed, you will be contacted to
   send a copy of your document, for verification.

Important Notice

Your verification process will begin immediately after successful payment and the receipt of your document.
